Description: A concrete/steel, 7-storey, 69-unit affordable housing complex for Indigenous students, elders and young families funded by the federal and provincial governments and Opaskwayak Cree Nation, owned and operated by Opaskwayak. Over 40% of suites will be rented at a “highly discounted” rate.

Location: Located next to the University of Winnipeg between a lowrise apartment building and a parking lot, the complex replaces 4 single family houses formerly at 376 through 388 Young Street.
