The Pembina Hotel is also being redeveloped by the same owner, Sabino Tummillo, who purchased The Pemby in 2015 and whose family owns numerous nightclubs and hotels. Vic’s Fruit Market is moving to the former Original Pancake House location south of the Pembina Hotel.
