1022 Pembina Hwy (former Cambridge Hotel)

Description: 6 storey, 87 unit mixed-use apartment complex. Units will consist of one and two bedrooms. Parking will include 38 underground stalls, 40 exterior stalls, and 25 indoor secure bicycle parking stalls. Ground floor will feature a gym and patios facing Merriam. The Cambridge Hotel and Vic’s Fruit Market properties will be consolidated together with two single-family home properties on Merriam for the project. The Pembina Hotel is also being redeveloped by the same owner, Sabino Tummillo, who purchased The Pemby in 2015 and whose family owns numerous nightclubs and hotels. Vic’s Fruit Market is moving to the former Original Pancake House location south of the Pembina Hotel.
