Project description under original ownership: 14 storey, 120 unit apartment tower with red brick facade with The Keg at ground level, an adjacent 3 storey, 100 stall parkade, and internal storage for 50 bikes. The north side facing St Mary Ave was to feature a large outdoor patio on the second floor. The units originally comprised 48 two-bedroom, two-bath and 72 one-bedroom, one-bath. 12 of the one-bedroom units were to be wheelchair accessible. Replaces two surface parking lots south of St Mary Avenue and a 2 storey house from the 1890s demolished in 2015.
Updated description under Carrington ownership: 14 storey, 160 unit apartment tower with low cost EIFS cladding instead of red brick. The Keg will still be the ground floor tenant, but units will be much smaller on the same number of floors. 25% units will be deemed “affordable housing”. Carrington Real Estate plan to move their offices into the second floor. Bike lockup and fitness centre are still included.

The units will comprise 48 two-bedroom, two-bath and 72 one-bedroom, one-bath. 12 of the one-bedroom units will be wheelchair accessible. Rents are purported to be “mid-range, very approachable” according to Akman Construction. Replaces two surface parking lots south of St Mary Avenue and a 2 storey house from the 1890s demolished in 2015.
