Description: 10 storey mixed-use building with 230 apartment units, an outdoor rooftop garden, commercial space on the ground floor, and an outdoor patio servicing the commercial space against Pembina. The project will provide 242 car parking stalls and 70 bike parking stalls in an indoor bike parking room at the rear, allowing access to a path at the rear of the building connecting to the Blue Line rapid transit station and walk/bike path. Replaces the Capri Motel which was demolished in 2022 after multiple fires.
