Description: 4 storey mixed-use building with 45 residential units and 2 commercial units at ground level with a brick and masonry facade. Replaces a surface parking lot to the west of Chocolatier Constance Popp. The entrance to the residential units will be set back from the street with a canopy bearing the name and number of the development – 174 Le Quartier. Parking will consist of 39 stalls between one parking level below grade and one level behind the ground-floor commercial units. A 355 square foot lockable indoor bicycle parking area is proposed in the parking garage.
