Description: Renovation/retrofit of former Manitoba Housing tower that was divested by the province after years of neglect and overcrowding. Interior was gutted and 60% of exterior masonry walls removed and replaced with curtainwall and balconies to create double storey loft apartments. Building comprises 18 floors of residential units in studio to 2 bedroom and penthouse suites, 2 floors commercial/active/amenity space on ground; and a new adjoining 8-level parkade to the south.
